International Orders

with your shipping address, item, and quanity. (*Free shipping not available on
international orders.)
Shipping Policies
Fedex or UPS Ground is standard shipping. Allow 7-10 business days for delivery. (*Free
shipping is Fedex or UPS Ground to the Lower 48 US States only & for items qualifying
for Free Shipping only.)
Please read the following before selecting the shipping option on your order and
please call 541-855-9262 if you have any special requests or questions.
- NOTE: Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
- Service descriptions are listed as business days. Non-business days are not counted
in delivery times.
- Orders in stock are typically shipped in 1-3 business days but most ship within 1
day.
- There are no shipping pickups on weekends or holidays. If an order is placed over
a weekend or on a holiday, it cannot be processed until the next business day.
- Web order deliveries will be made on business days ONLY. If you have special delivery
needs please call us and we will do our best to accommodate you.
- Items out of stock when you order will be shipped once they are available and will
ship via the method you have selected.
- 3-day ground service is available only to the continental US (48 states).
- Shipping descriptions like "Next Day", "2-Day", “3-Day”, etc. are used to denote
service levels and do not guarantee when you will receive your order. They represent
time in transit after an item has been shipped. The delivery times are based upon
item availability and shipping to urban areas within the continental US (48 states).
Delivery to rural areas, Alaska and Hawaii may take longer.

Returns
Blue Note Woodworks LLC issues return authorization numbers for all approved returns,
including service.
- Notify our customer service department for an RA (Return Authorization), and further
shipping instructions. Shipments without RA numbers clearly visible will be refused
and returned. Customer is responsible for paying return shipping charges.
- Place the original package inside another. Do not mark the original carton! Place
the RA number on this outer carton.
- Merchandise returned must be intact, with all accessories and manuals, and in original
saleable condition.
- Sorry there are no refunds. Merchandise returned for credit or exchange will be assessed
a minimum 20% restocking fee depending on condition, with written notification made
within 72 hours of purchase or receiving shipment.
- Merchandise not in original unopened cartons, may not be returned. Items must not
be damaged in anyway.
- Orders will be reshipped at no additional charge if the error was caused by us. Double
the freight charge will be collected for any undeliverable package due to customer
error or absence.
Warranty
BLUE NOTE WOODWORKS LLC ITSELF GIVES NO WARRANTY, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING
THOSE RELATING TO MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. All warranties
are with the manufacturer.
Defective Merchandise
All brands are to be serviced directly by the manufacturers or their service centers.
The customer is responsible for all service related shipping costs.
